ORDERS
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
We begin processing orders quickly, so changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us immediately at cs@dontshrinkgetstrong.com and we will do everything we can to help before your order ships.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you have not received it within 5 business days, check your spam folder or contact us at cs@dontshrinkgetstrong.com.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
How long will my order take to arrive?
US orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Canadian orders may take longer depending on customs processing and carrier timelines. You will receive tracking information once your order is on its way.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive misprinted, defective, or damaged. If your order arrives with a quality issue, please contact us at cs@dontshrinkgetstrong.com with a photo of the item and your order number and we will make it right.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, fit, or change of mind. All sales outside of defect or damage claims are final. We encourage you to review product descriptions carefully and reach out to us before purchasing if you have any questions.
What if I don't have a size guide to reference?
We do not currently publish a size guide. If you are unsure about sizing, contact us at cs@dontshrinkgetstrong.com before you order and we will help you find the right fit.
PRODUCTS
What are your garments made of?
Our pieces are made from high quality cotton and cotton-blend fabrics, with select styles in fleece. Specific fabric details are listed on each product page.
How do I care for my garment?
To preserve the print and fabric quality, machine wash cold inside out on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not bleach or iron directly on the print.
GIVING BACK
Does Don't Shrink. Get Strong. support any charities?
Yes, and this is something we feel strongly about. A portion of every single purchase is donated to charity. We support two organizations at a time, chosen each quarter. Our charitable partners can change quarterly as long as each meets our minimum donation commitment. We are proud to give back with every order placed.
