Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days before shipping. During high demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location:

• United States: 12 to 21  business days

• Canada: 12 to 21  business days

These are estimated delivery times and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, including:

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
